Privacy policy.

Local drafts and uploads.

Selected photos and form details can be saved in this browser’s IndexedDB. Drafts can be restored for 30 minutes. Expired drafts are cleared when you next open the creator; Clear draft removes them immediately. Selecting a photo alone does not upload it. Submitting a signed-in input check sends prepared photos to private storage for validation.

Private creation and storage.

When creation is enabled, KIE routes your prepared portraits and topic to ByteDance’s native-audio video model to produce the requested video. Cloudflare provides our private media storage and application infrastructure. Input images in our active storage are kept for up to 24 hours. Successful videos are kept for seven days after completion. Task status records are retained separately for account and support operations; media follows the expiration periods stated above.

Third-party processing and backup policies may have different retention periods. Deleting our copy does not imply simultaneous deletion from all third-party systems.

Accounts and payments.

Account information supports sign-in, verification and ownership of private tasks. Payment providers handle card details; the site keeps order, amount, status and credit records. We do not ask for card details in support requests.

Deletion and requests.

Deleting a task removes access immediately and schedules removal of its active media. A generation already submitted to the provider may continue; its later output is not published after deletion. Contact support for access or deletion requests.

Usage information.

Allowed interaction and business status events help us understand the creation flow. Detailed analytics events are retained for up to 90 days. Optional analytics respects Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control preferences. Photos, filenames, names, topics, account emails, authentication tokens and private media links are excluded from analytics events.

Preview status.

Paid generation and purchases are not open in this preview. The live service remains gated while launch quality and billing checks are completed.
