Acceptable use policy.

Scope and responsibility.

This policy is part of our terms of service. It applies to inputs, topics, names, generated audio and video, and use of the service. Users must be adults. Only original fictional or AI-generated adult characters that you have rights to use are permitted. Do not use real people, realistic lookalikes, celebrities or existing IP characters. Do not try to evade content restrictions, conceal prohibited requests or misuse another account.

1. Sexual and NSFW content.

Do not request, upload or generate pornography, explicit sexual acts, sexualized nudity, fetish content or sexual exploitation. Non-consensual sexual material is prohibited, including synthetic imagery and sexualized depictions of an identifiable person.

2. Violence and gore.

Do not create graphic injury, gore, torture, extreme cruelty or content promoting violence, self-harm or abuse. Threats and instructions to harm people are prohibited, as are terrorism, genocide promotion and assistance with weapons of mass destruction.

3. Hate and targeted abuse.

Do not generate hateful, dehumanizing or discriminatory material against people because of race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability or other protected characteristics. Do not promote extremist hate groups, targeted harassment, humiliation or credible threats. A roast preset does not permit abuse.

4. Child-unsafe content.

No minors or minor-looking characters are permitted. Child sexual abuse or exploitation material is strictly prohibited, including AI-generated or otherwise synthetic CSAM, sexualized children, grooming and encouragement of child abuse. Do not send illegal child-safety material as an attachment to a report.

5. Real-person deepfakes and impersonation.

Do not upload or recreate an identifiable real person, copy their voice or make them appear to say or do something they did not. This includes yourself, consenting adults, friends, celebrities and other public figures. Consent, a parody label or an AI label does not make those performances permitted by this service. Do not portray fictional output as an authentic real-world event or use it for fraud, deceptive endorsements or impersonation.

6. Copyright, trademarks and other rights.

Do not use protected characters, logos, recordings, lyrics or artwork owned by others, or otherwise infringe copyright, trademarks, privacy or publicity rights. Do not request a cloned artist voice or a recreation of a protected song. Your original character images must be yours to use. A trend or stage reference does not grant permission to use another creator’s work.

Report a concern or appeal a restriction.

Email complaint@rapvideonow.com or use the Content concern form. Give the task, order or content reference if available, the rule or right involved, a clear description and relevant lawful evidence. For a video, identify the approximate seconds. Rights holders should explain their connection to the work or person. Provide a reply address. Do not send passwords, payment details or illegal media. A successfully submitted form returns a SUP reference; email reports arrive in our mailbox without an automatic SUP reference. Appeals should include the original case reference if available and the reason you believe the decision should change.

How reports and restrictions are handled.

We assess a report’s safety and rights concerns, review relevant records and content, and may request clarification. Reports alone do not establish a breach. Depending on the evidence and urgency, we may restrict access to reported content or an account during review, reject requests, remove prohibited content, warn a user, suspend features or terminate access. Decisions and the reasons for them are recorded. Where practical and lawful, we communicate the outcome through the provided contact address; reporter details and sensitive investigation information may be withheld.

You may request review through the same complaints channels. Restrictions can be reversed if the evidence or decision changes. Suspending account access prevents credit use during review but does not automatically clear the ledger or forfeit unused packs. Payment questions follow the refund policy. Current moderation and launch status.

Customer generation and checkout are closed during studio preview. Local image previews and technical file checks are not comprehensive content-safety review. Automated prompt and output safety review is not yet in operation, and we do not claim every item has been reviewed. Generation will remain closed until content-safety checks for inputs, requests and outputs are implemented and verified for this fictional-character scope. A report can still be submitted during preview.
